It can be based in any metric you want, skill, endurance, satisfaction, joy, personal significance, whatever comes to mind.

For me it was when I got a PS2 and MGS2 for Christmas...but no memory card, so I proceeded to beat the entire game in one sitting from 6PM until 8AM.

I was THIS close to genuinely turning off my PS2 when Raiden, turn the game console off right now happened.

Figuring out a permanent self-cloning exploit in Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, and subsequently (with a helpful suggestion) figuring out how to keep my corpse thralls from despawning.

Conquering Hard Mode and getting every rare drop in Castlevania: Harmony of Despair while playing exclusively single player.
