You rush into the secret complex where you know your daughter is being held and see a recorded message of The Riddler projected on the screen laughing and mocking you about the sadistic choice you have to make.

He's activated the launch sequence of an undectable stealth missile that is aimed at Philadelphia. The abort sequence for the launch can be activated from a control pannel down a hallway. However your daughter is tied to a timed explosive down another hallway in the opposite direction.

The message was intended for Batman who the Riddler mistakenly thought was fucking your daughter (Batman's squeeze had the same name) unfortunately Batman died earlier that day so it's all up to you. There is no one else concious in the vicinity.

There is not enough time to do both, you can either protect your daughter or throw her life away like a soiled cloth to save the 1.5 million daughters of Philly by aborting the launch. As you hear the sounds of her exploding in the background, ringing in your ears.

I think I would have to choose my daughter and just block implications of what just occurred out of my mind, except for once in a blue moon I'll wake up frothing at the mouth and so my wife has to inject me with elephant tranquilizer.

As someone with a 2.5 year old daughter, I'd save my daughter without a moments hesitation. Plus Philly is a shit hole so I wouldn't feel too bad in the end.

My daughter obviously. I doubt I'd be able to do it, not being particularly smart or athletic, but I sure as hell would try. Bats can save Philly. And if he can do both? All the better. I'm sure no one would fault a person for trying to protect their children.

I'd choose people I know over strangers pretty much in any scenario.

Mass murder really isn't the Riddler's MO. He typically prefers to minimize body counts as any bad guy can just kill people. He's better than them.
