He is one of the best Tekken/Soul Calibur characters and Soul Calibur has been on nintendo consoles before.

After Smash 4 I would have said to add Nightmare because Smash didn't have enough villains... but we got Ridley, K Rool, Dark Samus, Incineroar and Piranha Plant added in Smash 5, so that point is dead.

Yoshimitsu is a nobody. Sigfried / Nightmare / Sophitia are the faces of Soul Calibur.
For Tekken, it's Heihachi, Jin, and Nina Williams. Those are the characters who would get included if any of them did. That said, if we were going to add another Bamco character, I'd support Lloyd Irvine coming in, or KOS-MOS might be a little easier since Nintendo now owns majority Monolith Soft and Namco only has 20%. --- It says right here in Matthew 16:4 "Jesus doth not need a giant Mecha." https://imgur.com/dQgC4kv ...
