I'm still disappointed that Peach isn't stronger than she should be given that she appears in several games that are all have serious strength because of nostalgia (games like Mario 3, Mario World, Mario 64). Peach didn't do much at all in those early game appearances, mainly getting kidnapped by Bowser. Her matches were exclusively against other females, and there really aren't many of them whose strength rises above midcard, save for the FF heroines. Zelda herself was coasting on being a stand-in for Link, who was exempt from the contest because he's literally invincible, and as admirable as Aeris and Yuna's efforts were, it's been a rigidly proven fact that ZeldaFAQs always beats out SquaresoftFAQs without Kingdom Hearts boosts.
