Just a blatant lie yet people will believe it. A quick search shows that Obama lost 63 seats in 2010. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_House_of_Representatives_elections,_2010 Clinton lost 54 in 1994 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_House_of_Representatives_elections,_1994 Yet let's act like 40 is the biggest change since Watergate, just because you want to use that language and try to draw a comparison to Nixon.
