This company has devolved into nothing more than a scam. They're selling a product you simply can't use. It should be taken off the market and there should be a class action lawsuit.

They even try to scare you out of cancelling. You're barred from coming back for 9 months if you cancel. Oh well, there's nothing to see! Every day I pull up the app and it tells me there are no more screenings today. What a shit show.

I cancelled the minute I checked the showtimes, drove to the theater, and then found out about their shenanigans about blacking out all the movies once I got there. "We're sorry, this movie is not available." IT WAS AVAILABLE 15 MINUTES AGO! And then I said "Well, since I'm here I might as well watch something." So then I try another movie, and same damn message. Then I realized it said it for every movie. Cancelled on the spot. They said "are you sure? You won't be able to sign back up for 9 months." I don't think you'll have to worry about me ever coming back.

I'm talking to my mom and apparently she has actual listings for movies on hers where mine has zero. Same theaters and everything. So this sounds like another reason to sue them.

Yup. We cancelled last week. My only available showings were for documentaries in theaters 2 hours away. Entirely worthless. I bought an eticket before to spite them before I canceled tho.

I canceled the other day too. Last month right after Venom came out I was able to see it, but then shortly after suddenly there were no longer any e-ticketing theaters. Theaters apparently had no more movie showings besides 1 that movie pass was advertising which no one had heard of.

That went on for all of October then the first week of November.

I was alright with them limited us to 3-4 movies a month cause you're still saving money. Then they take away the movies so it was a no brainer.

I'm surprised there aren't any lawsuits yet for the people that paid a year long membership.

i cancelled right after i saw infinity war 3 times on their dime when they started doing the whole "no repeat movies thing". I saw the writing on the wall and it's only gotten worse since then. Nowadays I just don't go to the movies, i just stream like everyone else apparently

Quit it in August, I was fine when they were only going to let me see 3 or so movies a month, it was still a fine enough deal. But they then not only were super restrictive on which movies you could see, but when you checked the app for a showtime it said that there was one available, but then by the time we would drive to the theater, like, 15-20 minutes later, it suddenly said no show times were available. That was the last straw for me.

The "can't renew for 9 months" thing is fucking hilariously ridiculous too.
