Villagers who talked to the Nation said the father of two had gone missing two months ago after learning that his wife was unfaithful. Mr Emmanuel Wanyoike, a neighbour, said the mans body was found dangling from a tree, just metres away from his homestead. He had gone missing for almost two months. He just resurfaced recently only to commit suicide. We are aware of the misunderstandings with his wife. He has been accusing his wife of infidelity. We suspect that has led him to commit suicide, Mr Wanyoike said. Imagine sharing your life with someone and giving your all for maybe ten years or so (OP says guy was 30) and that's all you knew. You work and take care of her and don't even really think of any other woman. Then you find out she was cheating and your entire world is suddenly turned upside down, nothing makes sense anymore. It's like the ultimate betrayal. Still not worth ending your life over, but someone in that situation wouldn't be thinking rationally about it anyway.
