Personally I feel Makoto is way too high on that list and Ohya is way too low. Mine would be:

Yeah I don't actually dislike any of the romance choices in the game, I just feel Makoto is highly overrated. I always see people talking about how she's their favorite character, and I just can't understand it, personally. She's fine, but just not as interesting as the other characters. I feel like ---Sae--- would have been a much better romance option.

I actually really liked Ohya though. It's a shame her perk wasn't that good.

Ann is not a native Japanese person in the game, thus why her name is an anomaly. Futaba is a cool character for sure, has a really good arc.

Ann is half-Japanese. Though, interestingly, the Japanese version writes her first name in kanji as well, even though the official English version of her name is not Japanese.

But we never see Haru in a bikini. Based on what we see in-game, Ann's boobs aren't anywhere near as big as the game wants you to think.
