Or even keep their job if they do a drug test? It's still illegal by federal law and the work place has to follow federal laws at least if you're a medical professional.

I would assume that the majority of jobs just don't test. Obviously any government job does, which sucks for those people who would like a joint after work ffs. Made to suffer basically.
