Not only are they typically wrong to support it, but they bring it up when people point out something is, in fact, constitutional and legal, and think it works as an argument against the law, when in reality all it is is them saying "I disagree with the law".

Literally the only even slightly obscure term I used is "jury nullification", and it's still a term plenty of people are very familiar with, particularly as it comes up in legal stories all the time.
