I thought Bobby Dassey did it since the first season. When Steven's new lawyer brought it up in season 2 I was even more sure.

I'm not 100% sure. It's one of those things where even if you think he did it, there was definitely something screwy going on from the police to the DAs.

Also I think Making a Murderer as a title was a semi-commentary. Like the initial conviction didn't seem like the full story, but anything that happened after, it kinda felt like the society basically molded him out to be the person they wanted him to be to fit their narrative.

Like with OJ. OJ definitely did it, but the cops were definitely trying to frame him as well.

I honestly forgot the entire case in season 1 so I probably won't watch the second season. Idk if the main guy did it or not but IIRC the real story was with the nephew who really was done dirty

I only watched like 3/4 of the first season but all I know is that kid was forced to admit to crimes he had to hand in. If they would go as far as to do that shit I dont doubt they'd frame Avery too.

Man, that shit on Bobby's computer was disturbing. Can't imagine having the job to go through all that. Has to fuck with your head.

This show is really infuriating. I don't know for sure that Avery didn't do it, but I sure am rooting for him while watching the documentary based on what it looks like was manipulated in his case.

Been a while since I've seen it but I do find it odd that Lt. Lenk walked into the murder house and instantly found a key that was missed on 3 previous inspections. Something doesn't smell right up there. Supposedly they have strong evidence that it was a relative to Avery and Dassey, but the new lawyer can't get an appeal approved.
