Battle Frontier. Watched it up until then but just stopped caring for new episodes after that.

Around that time as well, if not very early into Diamond & Pearl. I caught a handful of episodes in the next few seasons. It didn't have the greatest timeslot here so I tended to overlook the show. Saw the first 15 episodes or so of X&Y and I liked it, but lost track shortly after that.

I've seen the Sun & Moon episodes with Misty and Brock, good stuff.

Diamond and Pearl. (Or Black/White, depending on how you look at it.)

Granted, this wasn't by choice. I wasn't an avid follower of the anime back around then or before, though I loved the movies and such. But around the time I was 12 or 13, we moved somewhere and we didn't have cable TV, so I wasn't able to watch the Pokemon anime.

Sometime senior year, I realized that I could download anime, so I eventually downloaded most of the anime through the end of Black & White's second season, and rewatched it. I quickly realized that the anime was pretty trashy, though Black & White was a nice aberration and satisfied a lot of my main gripes with the series.

In college I did try following X&Y for a bit but I quickly lost interest because I saw it was going back down into the shitter. I did watch the league episodes though because those were pretty cool (especially Ash's last two battles).

Haven't watched Sun and Moon, have zero interest in doing so

I gave up the TV anime somewhere in gen 3, but still watched the movies whenever they came on TV. I've seen all of the gen 1-6 movies except the Volcanion one, and none of the gen 7 ones yet.
