They are salaried and theoretically could work as long as they want but they only have so many hours and hourly workers.

I guess they are not required to do any grunt work but if the grunt works not done then the bosses boss will just slam him so its directly in their interest.

Whats worse is when youve had like a single boss do grunt work before and he was considered the best.
