The only catch is that you can only close accounts that are mods / admins, or have posted on CE in the last 72 hours; and you have to close exactly three (you can't just close one or two).

They are not in any way prevented from creating new accounts, but the account you close can never be reopened, not even by admin database hax0rz.

And I don't have any active alts, so you'll need to think of two other accounts to close.

Money. Alts are entirely too easy to make and use here without any kind of repercussions. May as well just say $250 or suspend 3 users for 3 days.
