Besides ruining the economy and acting like their poop don't stink, they tend to be my most irritating customers at work. There's just a sense of entitlement. I ask over the phone "can you tell me the amount of a transaction so that I can verify your identity?" Millenial response is typically "Let me look at my app real quick". Boomer response is typically "What?! NO! Let me speak to a manager".
