I always thought the concept was kind of silly but Ive recently had to eat my words. I got hooked on the Jurassic World mini dino blind bags, but those had codes printed on them so you could figure out what you were getting ahead of time with a little research. However, I then discovered the IT Mystery Minis, and thats become a much more expensive, much more risky hobby, lol.

Does anyone else buy these kinds of collectibles? Do you tend to have good luck?

I buy them for my kids. They like them more before they are opened. Kids are obsessed with that shit. Gambling endorphins, etc.

Yeah, I buy the blind anime/manga boxes on rightstuf. I tend to get obscures titles that are out of print.

While at a B&M, yeah. Never online, though. Those are either clothes, which is too much of a gamble for me, or a bunch of tacky "collectible" shit I wouldn't take for free.
