Great game. Tons to do, very challenging, fun exploring places, and despite a possible failure in this regard, the worlds actually had quite good graphical variety.

Sadly, I never got past 118 Shines.

The Gamecube was pretty damn powerful graphically (for the time anyway.) Better then the PS2 for sure.

Probably due to the very specific gameplay implications of the Gamecubes analog triggers for your water pressure.

I mean, you could fairly easily reprogram the function to an analog stick, but I don't think Nintendo are that invested in the game to do that sort of work.

Yeah, but sadly, it had maybe 4 great games, and a bunch of average stuff.

It was no 360, Mega Drive, N64, or Dreamcast.
