But your school sounds like it had some poor planning going on, so maybe for you that was the case. Anyway, when it comes to holiday breaks such as this topic, those are known in advance and definitely factored into the school schedule. If 5 are alotted and 7 are used, you stay 2 days later, for the other situation. I understand the need for snow days. Going to school in those conditions is dangerous or sometimes just impossible. I don't hate them or anything. They're necessary. I just never understood why other kids would wish for snow so we'd get a snow day.
