So basically she has realized that she wants children and because of the astronomically large amount of estrogen and T-blockers that she will have no way to reproduce or create a biological child. A staunch advocate and defender of trans people she has turned and completed a 180 on her stance and will cease all taking hormones to hopefully salvage her reproductive organs.

Who cares? It's her personal choice, not a statement against trans people as a whole.

Sure but it brings up the larger point, the comment section is rife with examples, that this is a common issue that arises in the trans community that people are so focused of getting out of the "wrong" body that they might possibly lose sight of other future goals such as creating a child with their partner.

She's not detransitioning, she's going off hormones. Even her fans in the comments are critisizing her for being clickbaity.

She became a woman and is now taking steps to produce sperm. Males produce sperm. Detransitioning.

I understand where she's coming from. It's a tough spot to be in to have gender dysphoria and also want children. Usually doctors will ask patients if they want to store some of their sperm/eggs before transitioning in case they want children in the future, not sure if they just didn't ask her or if she declined, but people change. Maybe she didn't want children before and wants them now.

So, people can make mistakes and make decisions that have long term repercussions? That is literally everyone in everyday life. It had nothing to do with transgender people.
