That's 3 more reps than me. I just do a bunch of jump rope and 2 hours on the tread.

Thats solid.

I did deadlifts yesterday and had good lifts. Not as much weight as you though.

I have been "about to go" to the gym to do cardio for the last two hours now. I hate cardio and the GOT marathon is on.

I got 5 the first set right after 3x5 of 315. I got 3 the second set (I could keep going but I felt my form slipping and didnt want to injure) then afterwards did 5 at 335, and then another 3 at 335.

I think my next attempt I am going to try a 1rm of 405. I currently weigh 179 lbs.

sounds like you just might have been fatigued. That 3x5 at 315 probably compromised you getting more at 355.

If you could get 355 for 5 or 6, it definitely sounds like 406 is in the tank. When I hit 365x5, I got 405, so I would be willing to bet you are close enough at this point.

There's no need to do so much weight unless you're trying to compete, resistance training should be about staying healthy.

405 was actually my first strength goal Ill hit. Unless I get my full ROM 315 squat. Though I am already squatting 3x5 sets of 275 on squats so I could probably do it now.

yeah bro, you got 315 and 405 lol. you just have to get out there and do it.

for me personally, anytime I hit like 275x5 or 405x5 or whatever, I was always able to do the next the next "jump." like, 275x5? 315. 315x5? 365, etc. you got it.

Take some vids and post them when you do it!

I might bring a friend that day for me to take a vid. Today was the first time I tried out my lifting belt but I think the tightess might need adjusted. I wasnt feeling a lot of abdominal pressure during some of the sets.
