I only started watching Goblin Slayer because people were bringing up stuff like Berserk and Dark Souls when talking about it

it's become entertaining, in its own right, but it's not really anything like them, with the exception of a few dark moments

Yeah it's basically Grimgar with rape. I don't know why people would compare it to Berserk

It's literally only the first episode that had anything edgy, after that its basically a generic fantasy anime except all the enemies are exclusively goblins.

i'm gonna go ahead and say i don't even think the first episode was all that edgy, just people who came from watching harem anime or whatever moe anime is the flavor of the month. The implication of some other manga/anime are worse
