I enjoy cooking with it: original eggnog for French toast, flavored eggnog for pancakes. I also like drinking it occasionally, but usually just the flavored kind.

It's ok in small amounts. The real tragedy is that you have to shake it before pouring and then you end up with like 90% froth.
