Egg provides all essential amino acids IIRC, so no-meat isn't much of a problem. Throw in two glasses of milk and a few beans/pulses can usually provide sufficient protein.

Milk is really bad for you . You should only consume breast milk when you're a baby then avoid drinking milk when you're at the age of being able to eat solids.

Beans, rice, and lentils are hella filling bro.

Also, try to incorporate some Greek yogurt and lentils into the diet if you're trying to add some non meat protein. And protein shakes

Filling as in a long lasting fill. Sure they make you feel full when you eat, but after an 2-3 hours your stomach will feel empty.

Well if you really look for it then yeah okay. I think its pretty obvious what I meant.

Eat natural foods that come from the ground or come from an animal.

No pasta, breads etc or anything that has a process done to it by a machine

Idk worked for me and I have a glandular problem that causes me to gain loads of weight so I recommend it to everyone.
