limiting myself at my job?

lww99 11/27/18 1:55:41 PM #1:	Been here 5 years. Only a 5 minute commute. 45 hours guaranteed every week(scheduled OT). $14.50/hr, feels like $17.00/hr, with the OT. 3 weeks PTO Nights, weekends, and holidays off. Pretty much all of my job experience is armed security or customer service. I wanna go back to school for my degree, just so damn expensive. Am I doing decently well for no degree?
