I remember finding a level like 8 seismitoad in white1. Still wouldn't qualify for little cup or petite cup rules.

It even finally got Regenerator, which should be its normal ability given what Wooper is based on.
I've never used it or Whiscash though.

Whiscash... Outside of randomly generated team battles on simulator sites I haven't either. It's got such awkward stats that don't compliment its move pool

yeah i play randoms a lot on showdown because i've been too lazy to make a team for a long time

and when whiscash comes up even a few dragon dances don't make it all that powerful

Heck, baton pass coil and it still dies to most of the random things that have giga drain... And they're also things that resist (or are bug/ flying and therefore immune to) EQ. Waterfall doesn't do all that much either against most of the things in showdown randoms that can one shot whiscash to begin with
