It's a hypothesis, it wasn't about me. Something I heard, asking for a friend, that kind of thing. Not my personal situation. On my end we have to change the bed, sink, washing machine, bookshelf and other various pices of hip-high furnitures, including all the curtains roughly twice a month. Getting expensive ;_;
