When I lie down to sleep its like every random thought, problems, or thought I didnt think during the day comes up. And I close my eyes and I feel like its been a eternity but only ten minutes pass. Have a large enough cuppa when you get home in the evening, and another before bed. They may not work right away, but make a habit of it and you'll sleep better. Just make sure you STAY AWAY from pills of DEATH such as antidepressants or other sleeping pills, unless they're made of plants. Also don't watch tv or your tablet or phone right before going to bed, like all you crazy kids do nowadays. And Im on antidepressant and have a sleep aid, but my insurance is having problems filling them. Well, at least try some other calming plant infusions (NOT teas, need to be infusions without theine), and yes the lit screen thing is a must do away with, at least a good while before sleep. It breaks up the routine, and forces change since you arent there to depend on you. At least my experience. I only play 2 player games and thats rarely. It really is superfluous.
