I had to do 3 interviews for one position. They liked me and yada yada. When it finally came time to pick, they went with someone else.

It's annoying and if I find out who's picked, it's going to be even more annoying.

I hate interviews and wooing/faking. Guess I'm stuck in the process until I get another job, however long that is.

Just be grateful you even got a damn interview

Not really. If you write well, the first contact isn't that hard.

It's the bullshit that comes after that's annoying. There are also 'fake' interviews where they already have someone in mind for the job, and they are purposely wasting your time for a second option--in case the first one rejects.

Then there are also totally useless interviews with shitty/micromanaging bosses who think grilling and stressing you out is the best way to find a good candidate. Those are a waste of time because no one wants to work in a toxic environment.

Yeah, imagine going to a mass hiring event and every interviewer really liked you, but the last one was a guy from out of state that just didn't like you right when your sat down.

Told others that he could tell from my body language that I didn't want the job. Which is why I waited in line for 5 hours at a chance for an interview, why the other 3 interviewers approached me after and said "looking forward to working with you" and that I was 1 of 7 people at the event that exceeded expectations on the tests thet ran.

Yeah, this is what I am talking about, and this is what happened. Exceeded every stage but this lady on the last stage kept asking my 'devotion/eagerness' for the role. I knew right then and there it was going to be 50-50. That lady kept asking questions for answers she wants, aka, to rule someone out.

I know cause I've been on the other side of the interview. You ask questions, but you're not really asking questions to make a decision. You are just trying to add more bullet points to convince the other hiring managers to rule a person out.

You think that's bad. Try getting all your clothes ready and cleaned and pressed from the cleaners, put them on, and then about 2 hours before the interview getting an email that says "Thanks for your interest in working for our company. While your qualifications are excellent, unfortunately we have decided to go with another candidate whose qualifications more closely match our needs." Before the actual interview. I would later come to find out some big wig's nephew got the job. Entitlement ftw.

I don't blame you. Just have to get over this one and focus on other applications. The whole interview process, until you get what you want, is a pain in the ass. Especially, if you are the one being interviewed.
