Dumb people acting smart are usually too dumb to know they're just "acting" smart whereas a smart person playing dumb can at least be told to knock that shit off.

A dumb girl acting smart is most likely an insufferable know-nothing know-it-all. The kind of a person who knows they're right all the time and can never be wrong, because they're soooo smart.
A smart girl acting dumb probably has self-esteem issues, or is acting dumb so as to manipulate others. A "dumb" person tricking a "smarter" person into compromising themselves or their associates or granting generous favors has been done since antiquity. --- Sigs are rather pointless, except if it's to showcase animation and images. ...
