At least up to season 19 so far for me. I used to follow the show up to season 14 before missing out. I'm now up to the P/C s19 and it's hilarious. I'm still early in, but im on the body shaming episode where they made fun of Demi Devato for her body and Randy for not donating at Whole Foods. I'm Lmao.

I don't know about outright GOAT - when I'm watching that kind of stuff I tend to prefer the mindless stupid humor of Family Guy, Brickleberry, etc - but it's definitely up there.

I'm up to s20 of the Simpsons also and it's not funny like it used to be, but im still entertained by it.
