Black Out mode is the most fun I've had with an FPS in like 10 years.

I'm enjoying it. The multiplayer is fun and fast-paced, and the Blackout mode is really enjoyable too. I don't play Zombies, but I know a lot of people really like it.

The downside is that Activision somehow came up with a microtransaction system that might be worse than supply drops, but if you don't care about any of the cosmetic stuff like weapon variants and gestures, you can just completely ignore all that.

At launch, it was awful. IMO, worse than all of the previous ones except Ghosts. But after all of the updates and new content it got later in its life cycle, I think it eventually turned into one of the best in the series. It's at least the best one of the XB1/PS4 generation.

First COD, I've liked in a long time.

Black Out as much as it drives me crazy, I still like it.

Multiplayer has been really good. I like the character perks they have introduced.

I like the new Zombies Rush mode they have now.

I actually take some issue with the overall meta. There are a lot of mobility perks, which make LMGs handle almost like an SMG. But they have better range, recoil, and you never have to reload.

All the specialists are essentially overpowered. Their abilities are basically guaranteed cheese kills.

It makes for a very neutered experience where everyone gets kills and "participates", but really puts a ceiling on those matches where you personally dominate.

A decent bit of the map rotation is just older recycled black ops maps. So it's nostalgic, but after that feeling is over it just comes off as lazy.

I like it more than WWII, but that isn't saying much. I also can't stand Blackout. It's a giant campfest and the twitch nature of CoD doesn't translate to battle royale very well. Zombies seems solid, but I haven't played much of it.

Gave up on it after a month and a half.

Multiplayer is abysmal and has some of the least customization of any CoD to date. You play how Treyarch wants you to play. Scorestreaks are in the worst shape yet; 7 kills for a UAV that can be shot down in seconds.

Zombies is so broken you couldn't even do an Easter egg fair and square because the game would crash. Plus they literally have Zombies cut you off now making the difficulty just so cheap

Blackout is cool, but I wouldn't buy Black Ops 4 just for it.

The upside to all of this is that I have now discovered how much fun Infinite Warfare is and I'm sorry for shitting on it back when it first came out.

MP is good, but I got bored of it quick.

Blackout is awesome, but you have to wait forever to get started and sometimes get eliminated early and have to start again.

Zombies is the best though. Titanic map has a great layout and the best wonder weapon ever.
