Women generally don't advertise it for two reasons, 1) to avoid creeps who just want a free hooker service, and 2) they tend to think about it differently.

Guys can disconnect their penis to their brain. In fact their penis generally works better with less brain input. Women though, they need to be wrapped up in chemistry and attraction in order to think about the sex part.

So guys will think "I want to get laid, need to find a hottie and bang her before I learn what her personality is like."

And women will go "I want to get laid, need to find a nice non creepy but sexy guy who won't frighten me and that I can have a good conversation with and will put me at ease and be self-assured and confident but not aggressive".

So in short, tinder, but you kind of just need to figure out which girls are happy to go for a lowkey drink without much expectation.
