Haha. You do know that's discrimination if anti-white rhetoric is told from an asian perspective, even if you prefer to hear it from a black perspective. The bamboo ceiling is real. Anyways, wouldn't want to work with people that are like that anyways.

I'd ask what types he prefers. The type of games one plays can be a bit indicative of one's work ethic.
