Actually, to be perfectly serious: It's probably a Capcom game series you're on about since any 4th game Capcom makes is either abysmal or blows it out of the water, and there's not much middle ground

Mega Man X makes sense if you're trying to be edgy, since I think X6 was really poorly received, but then again X7 was the absolute nadir of that series and I'd think you would have made that #1 if trolling was your goal

2D Mario could be another option with SMB-SMW and then NSMB-NSMBU, but then SMW would be at the bottom, and I know a lot would look at that with great scrutiny. If you are a new age 2D Mario fan, it isn't impossible, a lot like NSMBWii and NSMB, and then U is great too.

SMB and SMB2 could be seen as very outdated or very weird so it would make sense for them to be closer to the bottom. It really is just SMW being at the bottom that would make it weird.

Chapter 3 is pandering to wrestling fans and gets drawn out too long. It's brought up by the chapter's story and the fact that the gimmick is done well, but it has too many problems.

Chapter 6 on the other hand, is the thinking man's chapter.

Chapter 3 feels rewarding and makes everyone, including the enemies you face, characters you enjoy, and overall more flavor to the world of Paper Mario. You get a nice sense of progression, and the rematch at that halfway point feels satisfying after what happens the first time. The story of it develops nicely as well, leading to a great conclusion at the end. And who can forget RAAAAAAAWK HAAAAAAAWK !

Chapter 6 on the other hand... is a great chapter too and is probably my second favorite. It's biggest flaw perhaps, is that it is an experience you can only get on a first-hand playthrough or one years after you forget many details of the game. If you play the game with fresh memory of it, it will fall a little flat.
