Ironic considering the whole of the Democratic party is looking into allowing an envoy of illegals into the country

Why should anyone take your opinion of migrants seriously when we know your love of racist insults?

Go away again please, you're an awful person

Because it's not an opinion, it's literally stated in the Constitution.

I have a fundamental disagreement with that idea. Obviously, things aren't going to always be perfect since 2018 is a different place than 1776 or whatever, but the structure of the document needs to be upheld.

Allowing slavery vs abolishing slavery is a massive change to the structure of the document

Exactly. This is why the originalist and textualist schools of constitutional interpretation are so stupid.

Actually you would be wrong on that. The whole point of the judicial branch is to interpret the constitution.

The meaning of the constitution can be changed based on the opinion of the court.

This is essentially saying that federal judges aren't bound to the Constitution and can throw it out at any point. Guess where federal Judges get their power from. Do you know what you get when an authority says that it doesn't have the restrictions given by the same document from which they get their power? A tyrannical dictatorship. This is why we have two other branches to put checks on the others but here you are suggesting that the judicial and executive branches be merged.

When you're right, you're right. Lincoln's appeal to bipartisanship by adding Johnson to the 1864 ticket is one of the more disastrous decisions in American history.
