I think technically this would be a 3rd world problem as well.

it is weird how no one seems to accept that as a problem but if you ask most people if a dude looks better at 130 lbs or 160 lbs they'll probably pick the heavier one.

I'm still skinny but I did this for a while and it definitely helped while I was doing it (gained about 5 pounds over 6 months, which I lost when I stopped). Don't bother with whey protein, just make your own shakes.

1/2 cup oatmeal
2-3 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup cottage cheese or yogurt
milk

Blend and chug it at least twice daily. You can easily get in an extra 1,000 calories per day without having to stuff yourself.

My son has that problem. Hes only 14, so it may change, but hes always been long and skinny. Sometimes he still doesnt trigger the airbagand hes 14! Makes him so mad.

Makes me mad too. Hes almost exactly my height but weighs 40 pounds less. :-(

Everyone is different, and for some people gaining is a real challenge. Hope you find something that works, TC.

That looks way more expensive than it needs to be. Plus not exactly clean with all the oil and chocolate he added.

back when i was really into being fit i had the same problem, a tough time actually gaining weight. now i actually need to lose weight, its the byproduct of treating my body like a dumpster for the last 5 years

best way to gain is to drink your calories, id suggest substituting milk with almond milk or water if you cant handle dairy, and i think whey isolate has very little lactose in it

yeah i could use almond milk instead, but would that be much better than water?

but i'm up for adding oats, peanut butter and other stuff into shakes

Some peoples stomach can't handle shoveling garbage into it. I get physical pain from most stuff people don't think twice about. You wanna know struggle, try only being able to eat what your body allows. It's soo inconsistent too. Sometimes Ill push it with little kickback and other times Ill eat a small piece of chocolate and instantly regret it

almond milk is like 40 calories a cup which is better than nothing, plus it tastes alright.

i used to make the below shake post workout:

- 2 cups whole milk, but you can sub with water or almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate whey isolate
- 1 whole banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup oats

its like a 600 calorie bomb and tastes delicious

Man my airbag sensor goes off when I put a case of beer in the passenger seat. The car is busy telling my booze to buckle up.

I don't think airbag sensors work based on just weight. If I have a bag of groceries and my cell phone in the seat, it'll trigger the sensor. Move my cell phone and it's fine. Might wanna get it checked out is what I'm saying

Reminds me of the time a chubby girl on my facebook was so happy that she "lost so much weight she doesn't trigger the airbag sensor anymore" and all the comments were just saying nope your car is broken lmfao
