It's a comma splice.

"Thank you for placing your trust & confidence in us this year"
"Thank you for your support and confidence in our business this year"
"Thank you for your support"

Those are all better, proper statments. Who is "us" - is it the business? Then you can already assume that 'our business' is included in the "us." What does acknowledging a display of support accomplish in addition to the aforementioned show of trust/confidence?
