(1) Comparing my life to that of other people, and realizing that my life isn't that good.
(2) Realizing that my life is stagnant partially because I do nothing to fix it.
(3) Having no friends.
(4) No longer having as much motivation or energy as I used to to go to school.
(5) Being unproductive because I'm tired all the time.
(6) Struggling with coping with disturbing memories that prevent me from doing anything productive.
(7) Having no friends to help take my mind off the past and help me enjoy my life.
(8) Being unable to be happy on my own.
(9) Being in my mid-twenties and still living in my mother's house.
(10) Worrying about being an awful friend, who cannot reciprocate any kindness offered to me.
(11) Inability to socialize like a normal person.
(12) Being afraid that people don't like me because I'm weird or talk all the time during class.

Something something, I must have these answers.... Sorry; I just don't have the energy to make a wall of text today...

you mention having no friends twice while also mentioning lack of social skills.

That's a natural thing to do but you should also know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Not everyones life is as great as it seems. It just seems that way because they probably have what you want. The most important thing for you to do is to work to achieve those things or die trying.

You do school right? That's ticking the right box so far however yes only you can change your unhappiness.

Meh.

All work and no play maybe?

Probably a habit you've got yourself into.

Get help.

Social interactions help get us all through life but you get those at school at least. Perhaps you should do things you enjoy more and maybe meet some new people that way.

Honestly you need to work on loving yourself before others can love you.

Nothing wrong with that.

You however have no friends so why be worried about that?

What is normal? Just be you. Honestly you seem a decent guy and I know no matter how much you're told that you won't believe it but that doesn't change it from being true.

(12) Being afraid that people don't like me because I'm weird or talk all the time during class.
Not everyone will like you sure but you're a adult and this means you can attempt to talk to others if you wish.

You don't have to worry so much about number 9. I'm in my mid thirties and still live in my mother's house. Although, it's hard for anyone to afford their own place here in California.

It sounds like you have some depression. You should get some counseling and maybe some drugs. I feel as though gaining a social life, even a small one, would really help get rid of these issues.

Of course I'm not a professional so you should see one for professional advice.
