I picked the most used difficulties in games. I know there's other playing levels. But decided with those three.

medium. i don't need the ego boost from playing on harder difficulties.

Normal. But if I replay the game a year later then Ill play it on the hardest difficulty

First on normal, then on hard if it has a NG+ and if i like it

Depends my mood and the game.

Most consistently Id say a notch above Normal. Game like Dying Light I want the hardest difficulty on to make it a survival horror though.

Most games I play on medium, at least on the first playthrough. Unless it's a shooter. Then I play the hardest

The highest in everything but Touhou

Normal for a first playthrough, hard for all others
