Cuz I'm having rotator cuff issues I think tendinitis. Flat bench can aggregate it if I'm not super careful with my form. But since I've been doing incline I only feel chest soreness and no shoulder problems.
I dunno if it's cuz less shoulder involvement or if my form is just better on incline --- literally the pacers ... Copied to Clipboard!

Incline is better for upper chest iirc and it does indeed put less strain on your shoulder joints. I much prefer it to flat bench although I still incorporate it into my workouts.

More stress on shoulders in general. Less stress on rotator cuff.
Honestly, jusr try it for a week or two and see if you're still having issues or you're getting better. --- PSN: Jiek FFRK: Tyro God Wall KZcv ... Copied to Clipboard!

More stress on shoulders in general. Less stress on rotator cuff. OK, makes sense, cuz my pain is already alot better after 1 week of doing only incline and not flat. Not to mention I've switched to aesthetics rather than strength so it works out both ways. --- literally the pacers ... Copied to Clipboard!
