Cuz I'm having rotator cuff issues I think tendinitis. Flat bench can aggregate it if I'm not super careful with my form. But since I've been doing incline I only feel chest soreness and no shoulder problems.

I dunno if it's cuz less shoulder involvement or if my form is just better on incline

Incline is better for upper chest iirc and it does indeed put less strain on your shoulder joints. I much prefer it to flat bench although I still incorporate it into my workouts.

Yeah incline press relies more on your shoulders.

More stress on shoulders in general. Less stress on rotator cuff.

Honestly, jusr try it for a week or two and see if you're still having issues or you're getting better.

OK, makes sense, cuz my pain is already alot better after 1 week of doing only incline and not flat. Not to mention I've switched to aesthetics rather than strength so it works out both ways.
