its comparing the classic play Hamlet to Haider, a version that takes place in India.

Me and my group split the work four ways. Im done my part. None of them have fucking started. I dont even know if theyve watched Haider yet. They hadnt when I saw them on Friday. It is due tommorow.

Im going to try doing their part but I doubt Ill have the fucking time.

Something like this happened to me in high school. It was senior year, and this guy was supposed to come over to my house and we were gonna each do our part of the project. He never showed up so I did the entire thing myself.

Thing was, if he didn't do his part, he would have failed the class and not gotten to graduate. I felt bad for him and let him take part of the credit, but sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't have.

if you tell you might get a grace period or something and the other two fail it. if you do nothing the same things happens except you fail as well. it's like your two friends decided to hang out on an eroding ledge and brought you along saying it's okay, and they will die for sure but you can die with them (stupid) or safe yourself at least (smart)

Since all the other students are presumably assigned to other groups, there would have been nothing she could do.

But if she asks where's the rest (after you hand in your work), just shrug and say to ask the others.

in my last semester of college, I had a group paper
15 pages and there's 4 of us. that's 3-4 pages each

three of us did the work. we had everything together and were making sure it looked good, we just needed the last quarter. he didn't reply to any texts, phone calls, facebook messages, emails, etc. we took what we could from his part of our presentation slides (that we had presented earlier on in the week) and wrote a couple pages. fortunately we hit 15 but still. we submitted it and sent an email complaining about the other group member and providing proof
professor's reply? "i'm sorry you went through that"
whatever, I was graduating so I didn't care. turns out he took 50% off of our paper to the guy who didn't do his part (94 into a 47) and he failed the class. he was so pissed and threatened all of us
