Having a window slightly open, unless it's blowing a gale of course, I dunno I always sleep better if I have some fresh air circulating - oh and I don't like complete darkness, so I have the light on in the hall which let's a little light into my room without being enough to disturb me

used to be benadryl, but I've been mostly off that stuff for the last 18 months.

now, nothing. I just go until I can't go anymore, and deal with getting however much sleep I managed to get.

Can be lots of things. I mostly listen to stuff thst helps me relax rather than "head tingles" myself but can be stuff to stimulate you (non sexually mind, even as with everything in existence some do sexual versions of it)

Both of these although tried to cut down on the alcohol. It's not just sleeping, having a fan on me relaxes me when I'm awake so it's usually on then too.

i use a fan for both the white noise and the soothing feeling of the breeze blowing over my face

while im laying there i basically do what i do when i meditate -- focus on the breath (mindfulness of breath)

This. Sometimes I have to use Melatonin when I can't smoke. I also use background noise. Shows I can watch in my head cause Ive seen them so many times. I pull my blanket ir pillow over all of my face except my mouth so it's dark and warm but I get fresh air
