He was swerving across lanes and rode straight in front of a bus to cross the road in the middle of traffic, I told him to get the fuck off the road before he causes an accident.

He followed me maybe a half mile, and when I stopped to help someone stalled in the middle of the road he went to my car(pulled over in a nearby parking lot) and watched me forever before spitting on my car because there were several people and he couldn't approach me.

What a model citizen.

bicyclists think they can do whatever they want

I see them skirt a line of cars and run the red light

but they are not on the sidewalk, they are on the road

then the light changes and they can't go as fast of all the cars they illegally got in front of causing traffic

I think they need to make laws that to bike on the actual road for an extended time, you need a registration just like a car has to get

Technically but not enough to do anything about. If he'd actually damaged anything though, I have him on camera so he'd be fucked.

Traffic is a thing. He was behind me quite a bit, but I could only go so fast.
