Persona 4 Arena which was dope and, as of right now, this Persona 3 dancing game for the PS4 which is fucking hard as hell. I should probably play one of the main games eventually lol

They're pretty good. I never cared for the dancing spinoffs, but Arena looked pretty cool. I sure wish Atlus would port P4G because I'm not buying a Vita/PSTV for just one game.

I might play my girlfriend's copy of 5 one of these days. It just seemed like it was a pretty long game from what I remember when she played. The day cycle stuff seems super restricting too, might turn me off from playing.

P5 is probably the least restricting of the 3 modern Persona games. P3 is the most strict, P4 is still kinda strict but more forgiving than 3 and P5 you can do whatever you want as long as you get Fortune to rank 7 and Temperance to rank 10.

its not, dont worry. i have played persona 5 and persona 4 and not once did i feel panicked or stressed for time to do things. its more of a, "hmm what do i want to focus on this playthrough" kinda thing and not a "OH FUCK ITS GOING TO RAIN IN THREE DAYS AND IM ONLY ON THE SECOND FLOOR" feeling.

and if you ever meet the deadlines for things, which you really have to try to miss, the game just puts you back a couple days.

what stressed me out was in persona 3 is not knowing your party members stats when you're in the shops so you just have to KNOW if an item is an upgrade or not. ugh!

but yeah. its long. but honestly, i wish it was longer some times ;_;

My run through of Persona 5 this year took me up to and a little over the 100 hour mark. After I was finished... I just still wasn't done. So I bought a copy of Persona Q the day after and spent another 50+ hours on that.

In a weird coincidence, just earlier today I started Persona 4 Dancing All Night on the PS4, haven't even hit the first dance in Story Mode yet and I already love it.

Persona very sneakily became one of my favorite IPs, I didn't even notice it happening even though I've been playing since 3.

I really don't like any of the Persona spinoffs but they're probably good games. Just never liked the characterization outside the main games. Didn't feel like my friends I'd spent all year with

I think Persona has become it's own thing now since P5 dropped the Shin Megami Tensei part of its title even if it is still a spinoff of SMT.
