Good. Sweden has 0.02%. Sure, most people don't feel the effect at that point, but lots will still have slightly slower reaction times etc. That makes things riskier should something sudden happen on the road. And with high stakes you want big safety margins.

Salt Lake actually has a REALLLLY decent public transit, it just REFUSES to make it non-Mormon friendly. Last trains run before last call. Has a fucked up schedule on Sunday. Utah doesnt care about having less drunk drivers, it wants to have less people who drink, by making it inconvenient af to be able to drink.
