I saw this movie Garden to a Massacre. It's your basic slice and dice.

Halfway through the movie an escaped government bio weapon attacked the theater and devoured patrons.

My friend, my sister and I escaped into the sewer. But it chased us and it ate my friend. I'll never forget his melting face.

I made it out of the sewer. I later found out my sister was saved by the town rebel.

They managed to freeze the organism and the government took it away. But not before many townsfolk were tragically killed.

It's been many years later. The town has moved on, for the most part.

Except for that preacher with the burned face. That guy gives me the creeps...

Look I have already apologized for the incidents numerous times. I am sorry I ate your friends but when on the run from the government you tend to get hungry. Did you want me to starve? I didnt ask to be bioengineered like this, but I am trying to make the most of it. Also being frozen sucks which is why I never saw the movie!
