"How about, on the way back," you say, "we get dinner in one of the cities along the way? And I don't mean a drive-thru kind of dinner. We can find some place that looks nice, go inside, sit and have a nice meal together."

"That sounds good," she says. "Nothing too fancy, though, right? Not exactly dressed for that in jeans and a tank-top."

"Well we could always use a little bit of magic for that," you say as you wiggle your fingers and make sprinkles.

"Oh, okay," Raven smirks. "Some clothing Alchemy for a more elegant evening."

"Exactly. The only thing now is, what would you like to do until then?"

"Well," Raven says while picking up her bottle of soda. "I dunno. We could just keep looking around and admire the landscape."

"It is lovely landscape," you say as you look at the hills to the North.

The wind blows in another gentle breeze, and you can smell the scent of flowers wafting over.

After finishing your lunch, you put the picnic blanket away and carry the basket while Raven leads the way. The two of you go around the area, admiring what is left of the stoa and other possible pillars around the area.

"Well this was nice," Raven says as you two walk back to Shadowfax. "Not as spooky as I'd expected, but still a good historical site to see."

The two of you get back on Shadowfax and ride back the way you came. You decide that the best stop on the way back to Athens and Pireas would be...

Megara is the halfway point, so it's the sweet spot for dinner time. The two of your arrive at about 4 PM and take a moment to consider where you would go.

Estiatrio Alexou looks nice, for a cozy and mostly casual meal. Wet Seaside Puzzle is, well, by the water, which is nice, but it also seems more about groups than pairs. El Greco Steak House seems a bit better, but also still very casual.

"I'm starting to think Megara is more a tourist town than anything," Raven says. "Not a lot of places for upperclass types like yourself."

"Oh stop," you say as she giggles. "We can still do something more casual, so long as we can sit alone."

Elailado, or "Olive Oil", seems to be cozy and casual like Estiatrio Alexou, with some tables that can actually be for two. There are other places along the water beside the Wet Seaside Puzzle, and practically on the beach.

"I would suggest the beach but we already did that the other day," you say. "So I suppose we can settle for a mostly casual setting."

"Alright," she says. "What do you like out of these?"

"We'll go with Olive Oil. It seems the best option without a more 'upper class' alternative."

Raven giggles more as you pull off the curb and ride around the corner to Elailado.

"Kal apgevma (Good evening)," the hostess says as you two walk in. "Psa? (How many?)"

"Do," you say, also holding up two fingers.

"Parakal Akolouthste (Please follow me)."

She picks up two menus and leads the way, so you two follow her to a table in the back. You help Raven take her seat then sit yourself down.

"Anapsyktik? (Drinks?)" she asks.

"To ner enai kal (Just water is fine)," you say.

She nods and signals to a waitress. The waitress serves you water while you read the menus.

"The pictures look great," Raven says. "I'm just not sure which is which."

"I'm trying to see that for myself," you say as you look closer at the menu.

It's obvious to spot the menu sections, so you know where to find salads, appetizers, and entrees. But you're not so fluent with Greek as to know things like "steak", "chicken", and so on.

"Should we just point to pictures?" Raven asks.

"I don't know, we might accidentally order something very expensive."

"Oh c'mon, you've got money."

"Yes, but not in Euros."

Raven chuckles while you look at everything again. You go with...

"Kotpoulo Kotpoulo Schras," you tell the waitress.

"Kai es? (And you?)" she asks Raven.

"Umm..." Raven says, a little nervous. "T-to dio?"

Raven shrugs and the waitress takes note. She then walks to the kitchen to give them your order.

"So, what do you think we ordered?" Raven asks with a chuckle.

"I would hope the 'poulo' in 'kotpoulo' has to do with chicken. You know, how 'pollo' in Spanish is chicken?"

"Oh that's a good point," she says. "And I'm fine with chicken. Though, what do you think comes with it?"

"Let me see if I can decode this," you say as you look under Kotpoulo Kotpoulo Schras for its description. "Meh rzi. With... With rice. So chicken and rice is what we can expect."

"Well okay," Raven says. "Sounds like a good mix."

As the two of you wait patiently for the chicken cutlets, you start to remember you need to make a ring for Raven. You haven't taken the time even when alone to start working. You vow to do that tonight when you get back to the Null-Xenos home.

Of course the easiest thing would be to use Alchemy to make a band of precious metal. You can just grab a few scraps of paper at the house to make them into...

Silver, that should be good for Raven. Plus, a silver ring is usually the best for an engagement anyway. The gemstone should probably be a diamond just to keep the whole look crisp and clean.

The waitress returns and places down two platters of three grilled chicken cutlets, sitting atop some peppers, with a health amount of rice and even a little cup of yellow sauce.

"Moustrda?" you ask.

"Na, moustrda," she says with a nod.

"It's mustard," you whisper to Raven.

"I'd guessed," she whispers back with a smirk.

"Efcharist," you say to the waitress.

She nods and heads off to help another table.

You have one cutlet on its own with the rice, which is wonderful. The rice isn't too dry or too mushy, and the chicken is cooked all the way through without itself being too dry. Between the seasoning of salt and the essence of the pepper from sitting on them, this chicken is very savory, and the rice works well to bring that juice and grit off your tongue.

Then with the second cutlet, you make sure to have the peppers with it. Obviously the peppers give some great spice to it all, and the rice again goes so well with it, because it can again bring the grit and juice with it.

The third cutlet, therefore, is for the mustard. You use your knife to spread it on the cutlet before cutting into the meat. The mustard's own tangy quality goes just as well with all of this as the peppers.

"So very good," you say.

"We should get going, we still have a lot of road left before returning to Athens."

Raven nods and finishes her drink. She wipes her mouth with the napkin while you work out the bill on your own. Then you check your wallet, and sigh in relief.

"It's a good thing we're not having dessert," you say. "I'll just be able to squeak by with the 25 I have."

"Wow, that is a good thing," Raven says.

The waitress returns with the bill and see that your math was within a safe range. 24.65, so you just give over all 25. The waitress takes the bill and money back while you help Raven from her seat. You lead Raven to the front, and she offers the 35 Euro cents.

"Krta ta rsta," you say.

"Efcharist," she nods.

"Did you just tell her to keep the change?" Raven asks as you go back to Shadowfax.

"That's a phrase I know how to say in many languages," you smirk.

Raven giggles as the two of you put your helmets back on. You hop on and she wraps her arms around you as you drive the rest of the way.

"We're back," you say as you and Raven walk into the house. "We're sorry for being out late, but we stopped for dinner along the way."

"Well that's alright," Great-Aunt Radella says. "Just be sure you're here for a big dinner before you leave."

"Don't worry about that," you say. "We can do that Saturday, and then leave on Sunday."

"So what're we doing tomorrow?" Raven asks.

"We'll worry about that tomorrow," you say.

"For now, let's spend a little more time together."

"Yaaay~!" the children cheer.

"C'mon, Rory, let's play a game," one of the daughters says.

"A board game!" her sister says.

"No, a card game," one of her cousins says.

"Play cawds with us, Waven," Andres says.

"Okay," Raven says, barely containing her cuteness overload. "We'll play cards."

"Yes, we'll play cards," you chuckle as you bring out a deck.

You and Raven sit with Andres and the four great-granddaughters.

"I'm sure everyone knows how to play Go Fish, so we'll play that," you say.

"Andres hasn't played Go Fish before," one of his cousins says.

"Well then, he can team with Raven," you say.

"Okay," Raven says.

Andres sits on Raven's lap while you deal out the cards.

"Alright, Andres," you say. "The idea of Go Fish is to collect cards so that you can then get rid of cards. You need to match four of a kind with the numbers. You do that by asking others if they have cards that match your cards."

You end up with the Nine of Hearts and Diamonds, then Four of Clubs, Eight of Clubs and Ten of Spades. Obviously you'll be asking for a Nine.

"For example," you say. "Um..."

You point to the second oldest great-granddaughter.

"Adara," she says.

"Do you have any nines?" you ask.

"I do," she says as she hands over her Nine of Spades.

"See?" you say as you add that to your other two Nines. "Easy as that."

"Okay, Andres," Raven says as she shows him the hand. "Now don't say it out loud. Just point to a card that you think we should ask for."

Andres considers the cards, and then points.

"Okay, now who do you wanna ask?"

"Filia," Andres says as he points at the third great-granddaughter.

"Filia, do you have any Sevens?" Raven asks.

"Nope, Go Fish!" Filia smiles.

"And now we draw a card," Raven says.

She has to lean over to reach the deck, but with Andres on her lap and her bosoms being what they are, she almost buries the boy drawing the card.

"Filia," the first great-granddaughter says. "Do you have any... Kings?"

"Nope, Go Fish!" Filia says.

"Tana," Adara asks. "Do you have any Fives?"

"Go Fish!" Tana, the youngest great-granddaughter says.

"Raven, do you have any Sixes?" Filia asks.

"Do we have Sixes, Andres?" Raven asks.

"No," Andres says.

"And what do you say when that happens?" Raven asks.

"Go Fiss!" he says.

The girls giggle while Filia draws.

"Adara," Tana asks. "Do you have any Queens?"

"Oh, boo," Adara says as she hands over two cards.

It is your turn again, and you're still after Nines.

"Do we, Andres?" she asks.

Andres looks at the hand.

"Yes, dis one," he says, pointing to it.

"Very good," Raven says.

She hands that card over to you and you put down your set of four.

"And that's what happens when you get a full set," you tell him.

"Alright, Andres, what card should we ask for?"

"Dis," he says, pointing.

"And who do we ask?"

He points at the first great-granddaughter.

"Majorie," she says.

"Okay, then," Raven says. "Majorie, do you have any Kings?"

"Yes," she says as she hands it over.

Raven takes the King and Majorie takes her turn.

"Tana, do you have any Sevens?"

"Yes," Tana says as she hands the card over.

"Tana," Adara asks. "Do you have any Tens?"

"Yes," Tana says.

"Adara, do you have any Tens?" Filia asks.

"Ugh... Yes!"

Adara hands the cards over to Filia but Filia still doesn't have enough to put them all down.

"Majorie," Tana says. "Do you have any Eights?"

Majorie hands the Eight over and it's your turn again.

Filia hands the cards over and you have your second set of four.

"Okay, Andres, who do we ask next?" Raven says.

"But what about-"

"Well we want Kings," she says. "We have Kings, but we need more."

Andres points to Majorie.

"Majorie, do you have any Kings?" Raven asks.

"Go Fish," Majorie says.

Raven draws but seems pleased with what she gets.

"Raven," Majorie asks. "Do you have any Sevens?"

"Yes," Raven says as she hands it over.

"Raven," Adara asks. "Do you have any Fives?"

"Yes," Raven says as she hands that over.

"Raven," Filia asks. "Do you have any Sixes?"

"Nope, Go Fish."

Filia draws.

"Filia," Tana asks. "Do you have any Eights?"

Filia gives over her Eight.

"Tana, do you have any Eights?" you ask.

"Oh..." she pouts as she hands the cards over.

"Oh no, you only have one card?" Raven says. "Do you have a King?"

"Nope, Go Fish," you say.

"Filia, do you have any Sevens?" Majorie ask.

"Go Fish."

"Raven, do you have any Fives?" Adara asks.

"Go Fish."

"Raven, do you have any Jacks?" Filia asks.

Raven hands over the card.

"Majorie, do you have any Queens?" Tana asks.

"Go Fish."

Tana draws.

Your last card, the Four of Clubs. Everyone else has quite a bit of cards, so there's a chance the other Fours are present.

"Adara," Majorie asks. "Do you have any Sevens?"

"Go Fish."

Majorie draws.

"Majorie," Adara says. "Do you have any Fives?"

"Go Fish."

"Majorie," Filia asks. "Do you have any Jacks?"

Majorie hands it over, and Filia has her first set of four.

"Majorie," Tana asks. "Do you have any Twos?"

Majorie hands a couple cards over.

Your turn again, and you still need more Fours. You checked off Tana, and Filia doesn't have many cards herself. Who could possibly have a Four?

Tana pouts as she hands over the cards. Raven then puts all four Queens down for her first set.

"Rorek, do you have any Fours?" Majorie asks.

You hand those over and are left with your Six.

"Rorek, do you have any Fives?" Adara asks.

"Go Fish."

"Why would you ask him when he only has one card?" Majorie says as Adara draws a card. "He'd win."

"He's already winning," Adara says.

"Majorie, do you have any Aces?" Filia asks.

Majorie hands that card over.

"Adara," Tana asks. "Do you have any Twos?"

Adara hands it over, and Tana puts down her first set, to clear her hand!

"Tana wins?" Majorie says.

Tana smiles proudly.
