In the comics, they only work in their own universe, so we should assume for the sake of argument that they exist in the DB universe, otherwise they do nothing. Next, we should question whether they affect a single universe or all 12. If it's just 1, a god of destruction from another universe could probably destroy him, or Zeno just erases him on a whim. If they affect all universes, in the comics, Thanos fights the embodiment of the universe (which we could extrapolate and assume it's Zeno in this case) and wins.
