I've never played Super Mario Galaxy 2. I've also played too little of 3D World so far to properly judge it - though I really dig what I have played. That said, here's my ranking.

It's 3 and I don't think it's really close. I would say the next closest is World but I think the overall design in 3 and overall average difficulty for the audience is pretty much perfect. I think World is a great game, but when I directly compare the two I think 3 is just clearly better.

More people are saying Odyssey than I expected. It really makes me want to try it. Im not sure it will top Super Mario Bros. 3 for me but thats still some high praise that leaves me hoping to be impressed.

Everything in the top half is amazing and I could see any of the top 3 being #1. Not as enthusiastic about the rest of the list but they're still good games.
