Well, you see your HDL (HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN) is high density because it's mostly protein aka it's THE GOOD CHOLESTEROL

while your LDL (LOW DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN) is low density because it's mostly FAT (AKA LIPID) which mean it float like a fatty fuck fuck in water
